National Training Service’s and the ASITRAINING.com web site are dedicated to the design and delivery of the highest quality, standardized, proven and effective competency based training on the ASI. Our training team is made up of the most effective and experienced trainers in the country regarding the delivery of training on the correct administration and application of the Addiction Severity Index and it’s adolescent version “The Comprehensive Adolescent Severity Inventory (CASI).” Our experienced trainers use innovative methods and multiple mediums to train behavioral healthcare professionals in, for example, assessment instrument administration, relapse management treatment approaches and patient placement and referral. NTS mission is to improve the quality of care, treatment and outcomes for individuals, families and their significant others affected by alcohol and drug use. NTS believes anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse problem and their significant others have a right to PROVEN and EFFECTIVE treatment and to know before entering treatment what a health care providers success rate is in treating an illness like drug addiction. NTS works towards achieving these goals by providing training & cross training to multiple disciplines and disseminating the latest up to date information on proven and effective interventions regarding the treatment of substance abuse. In addition NTS provides training and consultation regarding program evaluation and outcomes monitoring.
